Introduction To Filmmaking
There has never been a better time to make movies! The film program at
Blackbird Academy of Arts is designed to help students express
themselves through visual storytelling while teaching the constantly
changing technology of film. Video cameras and computers make it
possible for anyone to become a filmmaker, and our program is designed
to simply and effectively teach you how to use your equipment (or you
can borrow ours) and to learn the basics of movie structure and
techniques. With a solid foundation in the basics, even as the cameras
and computers change from year to year, you*ll know how to use them to
tell your stories on the screen.
Ages 13+ (Adults are very welcome!)
